da apostebet: Ralph Hasenhuttl is said to have identified Olympiacos right-back Omar Elabdellaoui as a potential January target, but Southampton must forget the 27-year-old in favour of Nathaniel Clyne.
What’s the word?
da betano casino: The Mail Online are reporting that Hasenhuttl has indicated his desires to land Elabdellaoui in January, as the Austrian head coach looks to bolster his squad ahead of a relegation battle.
Elabdellaoui has some Premier League experience, and in a struggling side, as he joined Hull City on loan in January 2017, making nine appearances in all competitions as the Tigers eventually dropped down to the Championship.
The Mirror, meanwhile, are reporting that Cardiff City are leading the race to land Clyne on loan from Liverpool in January, as Neil Warnock hopes his previous ties to the player from their days together at Crystal Palace places the Bluebirds in a strong position when the window opens.
Jurgen Klopp is claimed to be open to the 5 foot 9 right-back leaving Anfield in the winter market to get regular first-team action again, having fallen down the Reds’ pecking order after suffering a back injury in 2017.
Fulham and Leicester have also been linked to the £13.5million rated defender, who moved on from St Mary’s Stadium in 2015 having made 104 appearances for the south coast outfit.

Could it happen?
Clyne is more than likely set to leave Anfield in January, with Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez ahead of the 14-cap England international when fit.
If it were not for injuries striking both in the lead up to Christmas, Clyne could still be waiting for his first minutes since the Carabao Cup defeat to Chelsea at the end of September.
A loan with an option to buy may also be plausible given Klopp’s preference of Alexander-Arnold and Gomez, and Southampton being Clyne’s former side can play a part in deciding where his future lies.
Warnock’s hope that his previous ties to the right-back joining Cardiff stems from the 70-year-old handing the Stockwell-born ace his debut at Crystal Palace a decade ago.
Clyne will also have to consider which side is more likely to start him if he were to join, and he would walk straight into the Cardiff line-up but will need convincing that he will be favoured over Yan Valery at St Mary’s.
The Saints must, therefore, convince the 27-year-old it would be worth joining, as he knows not only the demands of the Premier League at a high-level but also what the club and its supporters expect.
