Despite failing to make an impact in recent appearances, Alioski has been named in the Macedonia squad for friendlies against Azerbaijan and Finland.
Fans have taken aim at a handful of players on Twitter following the match against Wolves at Elland Road, and now Alioski is the target.
As it stands, Paul Heckingbottom’s side are 13th in the league table, nine points adrift of the playoff places, which gives the club an uphill battle.
Last season under the management of Garry Monk, the club were ousted from the top six by Fulham.
