da dobrowin: Leeds United are ‘not open to offers’ for key pair Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha after interest from West Ham, according to reliable journalist Phil Hay.
The Lowdown: Interest in Leeds pair
da realsbet: The Whites duo have been perhaps the two most influential performers of the Marcelo Bielsa era, especially since promotion to the Premier League, also maturing into important players for England and Brazil, respectively.
West Ham have reportedly been keen on signing in the Leeds pair, however, acting as a potential massive blow, as Hammers insiders even reported an official bid for Raphinha.
A fresh update has now emerged regarding the situation, with Whites supporters sure to be relieved.

The Latest: Hay gives positive update
Taking to Twitter on Sunday morning, Hay claimed that Leeds have no desire to sell Phillips and Raphina this month, confirming they have turned down interest from West Ham.
“Re: West Ham interest in Phillips/Raphinha – Leeds not open to offers for either of them. Won’t be leaving before the deadline tomorrow.”

The Verdict: No-brainer for Whites
If Phillips or Raphinha are to move on eventually, it only makes sense to lose cash in during a summer window, when they have more time to find suitable replacements and reinvest properly.
The hope is that both remain at Elland Road for years to come but it is only natural that their heads could be turned by interest from more high-flying teams.
For now, Phillips and Raphinha have major roles to play in simply keeping Leeds in the Premier League, however, as the former works his way back from injury and the latter looks to add to his eight goals this season.
In other news, Hay also believes Leeds ‘very much want’ to sign one player. Find out who it is here.
